It was the year 1922 and Benjamín Toruño founded one of the first customs agencies in Guatemala. The small family business continued to grow and his son, Guillermo Toruño Lizarralde, continued with the venture and became the 3rd Customs Broker registered in Guatemala. This is how Agencias de Aduana Toruño began, when international trade was still starting its development in the region.
In 1991, Guillermo's sons, Juan Francisco and Estuardo Gabriel, created Consolidados 807 (C807) with the idea of supporting the international logistics needs of the industry and of apparel brands, both local and international, under provision 807 of the Caribbean Basin Initiative, a US program that allowed textile pieces cut in that country to be assembled in Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean with tariff benefits, marking the development of the textile industry in the region.
Currently the company operates as a third party logistics provider (3PL) from Mexico to Panama, through its own offices or in partnership with major logistics companies with experience in their respective markets.
We offer tailored logistics solutions, through strategic alliances and a wide network of agents worldwide, covering the needs of our diversified client portfolio.
C807 has solid foundations in our family values that we have transmitted to our partners and group of companies.
We are proud to have a great team of people who live by these values and always GIVE THE BEST SOLUTION.
